Happy V Day From Urban Forage to You!

Today is the day of love and I thought I would write to you with 7 things I am loving about Cambodia (and how you can all get over here)!!!

I love that despite the quite recent horrific past of the Cambodian people there is the biggest, warmest, most beautiful smile everywhere I turn.

I love the adventures that are to be had and that there is so much more to this amazing country than temples.

I love that it is so freaking affordable - if you were a tight arse you could live on $10 a day (and still eat amaze balls food).

I love that I have had time to slow down, despite the frantic looking pace on the outside if you peel back a few layers Phnom Penh is one of the most  relaxed places I have experienced... you just need to give her time.

I love the food - come on - it had to get a mention. Aside from the delicious Khmer food Cambodia is home to a plethora of world class International   restaurants.

I love our new home, our apartment is like a little oasis and at the bargain price of USD250 per month.

I love and am very grateful for the new friendships I have made since our arrival and also importantly for all of this technology which makes it so easy to keep in touch with my old friends from around the world... how lucky are we...

Finally, I love that I get to experience this with my lover. Blessed...

I am also super excited to launch my very first ever Urban Forage Retreat. This is going to be an amazing trip!! Departing on July 25 for 12 days we are going to be experiencing the best of Cambodian cities, countryside, beaches and islands. This trip is a holiday not a tour, slow paced, plenty of time to stop and take it all in and importantly, relax. I want you to go home feeling refreshed and like you have had a holiday.

Below is the itinerary - drop a comment below in the comments section and let me know your thoughts and if you would like more details just reply to this email.

Happy V Day everyone.

Big love and smooches,

Ducky xoxo
