Discover the rich culinary heritage of Battambang on our immersive morning food tour. First stop – coffee served from our beloved Grandpa Hai, brewing since 1979, followed by freshly baked Khmer treats with a French twist. Explore the bustling Psar Sophy fish market before sampling Cambodia’s most cherished breakfast—sticky pork and rice, prepared in true Battambang style. 

Next we dive deeper into tradition with a 13th-century noodle dish, served under the home of a second-generation cook before satisfying our sweet tooth with handmade Khmer desserts, crafted using age-old techniques.

A final stop for our digestive, see how traditional rice wine is distilled and have a try if you dare! A flavorful, culture-rich start to your day!
