It was everything I want from a food tour: An opportunity to see the city and explore different neighborhoods, going to restaurants that as a tourist I would probably never find on my own, and of course, eating so much amazing food. Each stop was great and able to accommodate me as a vegetarian. And I can't say enough good things about the guides for the tour - Panha and Bean. The tour took us to many unique places that we never would have discovered on our own, giving us a great look at local food and everyday life. Our guide, Jackson, made the experience especially memorable. His English was perfect, and he did a wonderful job explaining the food, the neighborhoods, and the culture behind everything we saw. He made the tour both interesting and easy to follow. We tried several different types of Cambodian dishes along the way, and one of the most memorable stops was a vendor who sold insects. The vendor himself was fascinating, and while there was absolutely no pressure to try anything, some people in our group did—and it turned into a really fun and memorable moment. Overall, this was a great experience and a highlight of our time in Phnom Penh. We went on a street food tour in the evening with our amazing guide Visal and driver Mr. Mickey Mouse. Both were super friendly and Visal's english as well as food related knowledge were top notch. We had an awesome evening with loads of tasty food you normally wouldn't get because we don't speak Khmer and there's no menu. Such a variety of places we stopped at , places you would never know existed , Jackson was so informative and friendly felt like we had own him for ages lol ! Don’t miss it. There were 8 people total and all of the food was awesome. We even made an impromptu stop at the bug stand for some crickets, frogs, worms, etc. the night was awesome including the final drink at the Wild cocktail bar. to Viator, I would recommend skipping the full sit down meal at stop 5. It was too much food and unecessary and we all preferred the traditional street food stops. Jackson was our guide, who was great fun, very chatty and very informative to all our questions. He explained about the areas and the food we were eating. We were a party of 9 which was great as we got to chat to everyone and that made it also a fun evening. We tried all sorts of food which we possibly wouldn't order , but now have some confidence in ordering in restaurants or getting street food. Which since we have done !! Some of the photos are of Russian Market and what we saw, not what we ate, so don't worry ... We are going to Vietnam and will definitely do this again there. Start mit Morgenmarkt, viele Infos betr. Verkäufer, ihre Pflanzen, Früchte und Gerichte. Gleichzeitig durften wir ein ausserordentlich leckeres "kambodschanisches Frühstück, inkl. Dessert" geniessen. Anschliessend gings zur Street Art in einer Gegend, in die wir nie gekommen wären, resp. uns in den vielen Gassen nicht zurecht gefunden hätten. Auch hier wieder unheimlich viele Informationen von unserem Guide, zu den verschiedenen Künstlern.
