We visited 7 different destinations to sample street food and local cuisine, plus seeing the city at night and wandering the night food market. Every place was different, all the food was delicious. They supplied beer and water from the outset and we finished with a wonderful cocktail! Our guide, Jackson, was warm and welcoming and very informative and made the whole experience very special. Definitely a must do when you’re in Pnom Pehn!

One of the highlights was being encouraged to step outside our comfort zone and try local delicacies — including insects! Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke great english. Tuktuks had unlimited beer. A few tips if I were to do it again: We did this when we first arrived. I would wait a bit for eating street food and let our stomachs catch up to the food. We ate SO much food. I would have rather paced myself and left some food at the beginning so I could eat more food at the end of the tour. If you are trying to do this on a smaller budget, you can do a food tour with a local Tuktuk driver or through Grab.
