All bookings made through our website must be paid online at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received.
If you want to pay in cash on the day of the tour, please contact us beforehand. We do not accept cash bookings on our website.
Cancellations
Day Tours:
Cancel more than 48 hours before your tour for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.
Multi-Day Tours
Cancel more than 14 days before your stay for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days are non-refundable.
Rescheduling

Less than 48 hours? We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee availability.
No-shows
If you don’t show up and haven’t contacted us, we’re not able to offer a refund.
