Wow, we had such an excellent experience with Jackson and our driver on the food tour! We tasted a wide variety of dishes and delicacies, had many great stops and got to know about Cambodian culture. Fabulous food, so many laughs, JB was the best guide and Mr Lucky & Mr Wang terrific Tuk Tuk drivers. This would have to be the best way ever to experience the true Phnom Penh street food culture. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and spoke great english. Tuktuks had unlimited beer. A few tips if I were to do it again: We did this when we first arrived. I would wait a bit for eating street food and let our stomachs catch up to the food. We ate SO much food. I would have rather paced myself and left some food at the beginning so I could eat more food at the end of the tour. If you are trying to do this on a smaller budget, you can do a food tour with a local Tuktuk driver or through Grab. From street food to sampling unusual fruits at the market to a restaurant serving traditional Cambodian dishes and ending at a great cocktail garden we loved every minute and every mouthful. This tour was the highlight of our stay in Phnom Penh.
